Tim Campbell has more than 35 years’ experience brokering all types of commercial real estate deals. He specializes in the sales and leasing of retail, office and industrial, as well as putting together investment purchases for clients.
Tim likes to focus on asset management for families and businesses in the community. He has represented both local and national companies, as well as owners of some of the area’s most prestigious buildings. Prior to moving to Eugene, Tim was with Grubb & Ellis Company in Seattle Washington where he was on the downtown office team. Tim is civic minded and has served on several boards in the area including Oregon Club as President, Lane Government Affairs Council, Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, Oregon Alumni Association, and March of Dimes as Chair of Chef’s Night Out.
