Patric Campbell

A licensed broker since 2001, Patric manages a wide variety of properties including retail, office space, medical and industrial. He specializes in the areas of lease administration, renewal negotiations, vendor contract management and Tenant retention. His team of dedicated property and asset managers currently oversee more than 1.3 million square feet of property throughout Oregon. Patric’s goal with properties managed by Campbell Commercial is to develop a partnership with his owners, working closely with them in the physical operation, lease administration and bookkeeping of their investments to increase revenue through properly negotiating vendor contracts, controlling operating costs and making sure that leases are fully utilized to provide maximum return on investment.
