As a broker with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Milton specializes in tenant/investment representation for the lease or purchase of commercial properties and represents owners, investors, and developers for the disposition and purchase of commercial properties.
Milton has experience representing local, regional and national clients. Prior to joining Campbell Commercial, Milton worked as the Director of Real Estate for investor/developer APC, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon. Milton started his commercial real estate career at Grubb & Ellis in Portland, Oregon in 1991 and was “Rookie of the Year” and a top producer. Milton left Grubb & Ellis and worked as a fee development consultant when he was hired full time by a development/real estate investment firm.
