As a broker with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Bill specializes in owner-occupied and investment sales, as well as, landlord and tenant representation of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and investment real estate in Lane County.
Bill has experience representing local, regional and national clients. Prior to joining Campbell Commercial, Bill worked for Western Properties in Eugene for 2 years. Bill also spent 6 years as a Senior Advisor at Grubb & Ellis Company in Sacramento. During his career in commercial real estate, Bill has been responsible for the sale and leasing of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate with total consideration in excess of $300,000,000.
