Dan Montgomery

Dan Montgomery is a consistent sales leader in the Eugene-Springfield area. He's been recognized for having the highest sales volume by the commercial investment division of Lane County for five years. Dan formed Western Properties, a commercial and investment real estate brokerage, with a partner in January 1990. Western Properties merged with Campbell Commercial in November 2010. Dan has completed several intensive educational seminars sponsored by the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute and CCIM, a national commercial brokers association. In 1973, he began his real estate career in Eugene, and by 1980, was specializing in commercial and investment real estate.
